WhoYaGonnaCall??? - The Saga (and Drama) Continues...

Ghostbusters III has been in negotiation for quite some time. However, in the last month or so, the latest update has been that Bill Murray will NOT be appearing in the film.

I have read various comments and articles posted on this topic, and one of the most recent comments that made me stop and think, was one from a person who said "if he cared about the fans, he'd do it".

I'm a fan of the Ghostbusters series, but I will say this: I also used to be a fan of the Indiana Jones series... The KOCS film (funny how that acronym almost sounds like something else), in my opinion (as well as many others), was a disaster. Is it possible that maybe Murray can foresee this with a new Ghostbusters film, and maybe, doesn't want to be on the train as it jumps the track??

The last Ghostbusters film came out in 1989. For those of you who can't add, that was 23 years ago. For those of us who grew up in the 80s, Ghostbusters at the movies was simply a great time to be a kid. But, as we have seen with many sequels, sometimes you really have to let classics remain............ classics.

For those of you who are on the fence, let me provide another example besides IJ... Anyone remember a classic 80s film by the name of WarGames? OK, great. Did you know there's a sequel to it? I'm guessing no. I rest my case....

Dan, please do us a favor and don't make this movie.
